Going back to work after having a long weekend is rough. To combat the grayness of the day I've been drinking tea and finishing up my latest read. Quick review of Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult - I thought it was a pretty good book, but I did get bored for 100-150 pages in the middle to end of the book because that section seemed to drag on and didn't really lend much to the story as a whole. The book picked back up for the last 100 or so pages and tied the entire story together nicely. I think the main storyline was mostly riveting and makes you think about laws and if certain circumstances warrant them to be broken. It's not my favorite Jodi Picoult book, but it wasn't that bad of a read!
