A serious case of the Mondays.

I showed up late to work today. Like, after first period had already started. I have never once done that before in my days of subbing. In fact, I would have missed even more periods if the school had not called me to find out if I was still coming in. I was so embarrassed. I realized that I looked at last Monday's schedule (where I only worked a half day in the afternoon) last night before I went to bed. So I set my alarm thinking I didn't have to be there until after 4th period. Fortunately the teacher I subbed for didn't have a first period so I was able to rush and get there before her first class, but it still made me feel pretty frazzled. I am thankful that the rest of the day went smoothly from there!
